If you are using the latest version of internet explorer you can just go to the page you want to add and click on the little black triangle next to the picture of the house is lets you chose you home page settings
Just select add home page as in Picture

Then chose if you want to add it as your only start page or as a tab which means you can have any number of start pages

you should now see some thing like this
