The Coronation Hall is available for hire for any number of reasons and functions, it is also available for hire all year round seven days a week from early morning until early hours, and if you need a bar that can be arranged too using local pubs.
Normal Hire times can be varied to suit your needs even if you need setup time this can usually be arrange ahead of times but must be requested as the hall is very popular and can be booked on more than one occasion in a day. We also request that the hall be put back as it is found i.e. tables and chairs put back into store or where you got them from and reasonable effort made to clean the floors. Cleaning equipment i.e. brushes bins are provided there location will be supplied if you think you will need them.
The hall is split into four zone
Each can be booked in their own right or as a package.
They all have there hourly rate, but if setup time is required only a small extra fee is added to the overall charge .if the booking is a late one it is acceptable that the hall is cleaned the next day. If there is an early booking the following day you will be informed but we try to avoid this when possible.

THE ROOMS MUST BE BACK IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE HIRED IN
ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED
IF KEYS ARE PROVIDED THEY MUST BE RETURNED
NO UNAUTHORISED ACTIVATIES ARE PERMITTED
NO BALL GAMES
The hall can be hired for a number of uses, from indoor sports to wedding receptions, here is a list of some of the types of bookings we take it is not an all inclusive list but to give you an idea of the type of function we can cater for

Disco/partys that require a stage area
Theater goups using the stage.

Clubs to stage events i.e. yoger, bowling, semanars,sales meetings, slimming clubs or a craft fairs
